New2U Thrift Shop
In May 2000, the New2U Thrift Shop opened its doors. The Shop is managed entirely by volunteers, some of whom have been volunteering with New2U for many years. The shop sells pre-loved clothing, bric-a-brac, books and electrical appliances. All goods are donated, and prices start from S$1.00. Proceeds from the store go towards Star Shelter and SCWO funds. Opening Hours:Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 2.30pm Promotions!Half-Price Promotion:All items at half price on the last 2 working days of each month. Everyday Promotion: On 2nd week of each month, promotional items on that particular day will be on sale at $1 (only for those that are originally priced at $3.) 1. T-shirt Monday! 2. Crockery & Utensils Due to constraints and the lack of proper testing equipment, we do not take in furniture items, used electronics, used towels and also old video cassettes and cassette tapes.
